OUR MISSIONAoM/IAoM is a professional organization of scholars and practitioners responsible for providing annual conferences, worldwide meetings , curricula and executive programs, speakers, and an active portfolio of professional publications in Management, Education, Leadership, and Technology.
AoM/IAoM Membership
Membership allows you to receive one journal of your choice. In addition to the current publication, new members receive gratis the previous year’s volume. Journals available at this time are:

NOTE: Individuals interested in either Domain Leadership or a Domain Blog should submit a written (e-mail) statement for the DOMAIN or BLOG of their choice outlining their vision and contribution under the MELT PARADIGM, specifying the proposed paradigm shift.
